Residents share a sense of community at Osage Terrace. The 40 beautifully kept one and two bedroom apartments are located next to the Benton County Senior Center at Walton and SE L. Street. Residents enjoy access to the common living room, kitchen, gardens, laundry, and library. Apartments are furnished with all appliances including central air, built in microwaves, and walk-in showers. Some applicants may qualify for lower rates on 1 bedroom apartments. The deposit equals 1 month rent. The water bill is included in rent. Cottages

The Cottages at Highlands Crossing facilitate quiet living near the intersection of Highways 340 and 279 in Bella Vista. Residents enjoy the community room, outdoor gazebo, and laundry room. The 20 one bedroom apartments are furnished with all appliances including central heat/air and ceiling fans. Rent is based on income, with residents paying electricity. The Apartments at Highlands Crossing Center

The HCC luxury apartments are open to all Seniors 55+. Each Apartment is equipped with a full size washer & dryer, refrigerator and icemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, flat surface range, self-cleaning oven, individually controlled heat/air, and sprinkler system. Host events or hangout with your neighbors in the additional common kitchen and living areas. A pet is allowed with management approval. At Highlands Crossing Center, residents share a building with businesses like Northwest Health,Bella Vista Courtesy Van, Mountaincrest Rehab, Schmieding Center for Senior Health & Education,Panache Salon, Village House, and many others. Talk about convenience! Rental rates are $850/month and up for one bedroom apartments and $1100/month and up for two bedroom apartments. Rates include all utilities and maintenance. The Parkwood Apartments are nestled on a private cul-de-sac near all the public amenities of Downtown Bentonville. The 13 one bedroom apartments are open to qualified Seniors 62+. Meadowood

The Meadowood apartments take advantage of Bentonville’s public amenities. Residents are close to Crystal Bridges, the Downtown Square, and Orchard Park. On site, residents enjoy the covered picnic areas, laundry room, and weekly community coffee. Apartments include all appliances, central heat/air, and have large front porches. The 24 one and two bedroom apartments are available to 62+ Seniors or those with disability. Rates are based on income, water is included. 50% AAMI qualification.
